Orchard Park Neighborhood Association

The Orchard Park Neighborhood Association (OPNA) was formed to represent the interests of our neighborhood to local government.  As our membership has grown, our role has expanded to not only include advocacy, but community building as well.

The OPNA covers the area roughly defined as the contiguous streets of single family residential properties east and west of State Route 8 between State Route 910, Ewalt Road, and Turner Road, including E. Ewalt Road and Peach Drive, and ending at the crest of Valleyvue Drive.

The OPNA provides the Orchard Park community with:

  • Representation at township public meetings.
  • Effective communication through email networking, the website, and mailings.
  • Neighborhood Watch and a working relationship with the Northern Regional Police
  • The organization of neighborhood social events and enrichment opportunities such as:

               The Annual Community Yard Sale
               Red Cross Babysitting Certification Classes

Current members of the OPNA Board of Directors are:

       Annette Robinson - President
       Pat Wurgler - Secretary
       Dick Myers - Treasurer
Board meetings are held monthly, as needed, with current Board members serving as hosts. The Annual Meeting is held the first Monday in October at the Pine Richland Youth Center.

Our annual membership drive takes place in April, but residents can join at any time with a $10 membership donation.  Membership is renewable annually.  Money raised through the collection of dues enters a general fund for programming and future needs.
